Cochise County Superior Court Judge Wallace Hoggatt accepted the plea deals associated with the Pearce and Elfrida break-ins. He will accept the Willcox plea deal pending notification to the victims.
The plea agreements stipulate that he will be sentenced to not less than 15 years and not more than 20 years in prison.
Hoggatt scheduled a sentencing hearing for Jan. 9.
Two other illegal immigrants, Alejandrino Lara-Silva and Natalio Valenzuela-Valdez, were involved in all three break-ins. Their cases are still pending, and they are scheduled to appear in court this month.
A fourth illegal immigrant, Alberto Jimenez-Garcia, was only involved in the Willcox incident. He entered into a plea deal and was sentenced to 3 1/2 years in prison in July.
