The following are sentencings in Cochise County Superior Court, as provided by the court system. The listings include disposition date, charge and sentence. “Monetary” can be a fine or restitution, or both.


• Jose Antonio Aguilar, 46, Culiacan, Mexico, Oct. 6: attempted marijuana transport and/or sell; two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Vanessa Alvarez, 22, Bisbee, Oct. 31: attempted marijuana-possess for sale; three years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Jessie Arriola, 23, Bisbee, Oct. 10: drug paraphernalia violation; one years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Veronica Arvayo, 28, Sierra Vista, Oct. 6: possess/use dangerous drugs, four years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Ernesto Beltran, 51, Pirtleville, Oct. 8: DUI-extreme blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more, first degree; 120 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and two years probation.

• Joshua Brueggemann, 18, Huachuca City, Oct. 24: attempted burglary 3rd degree; 87 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Kelly Clarke, 28, homeless, Oct. 9: two counts of first-degree criminal trespass-residential/yard; 45 days confinement in Cochise County Jail (one count with monetary) and three years probation on each count.

• Mariela Cruz, 25, Glendale, Oct. 20: attempted marijuana transport and/or sell; three years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Michael Duran, 31, Benson, Oct. 6: two counts of DUI aggravated-child under 15 in car, first degree; 30 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation on each count.

• Paige Edwards, 19, Sierra Vista, Oct. 3: four counts of burglary second degree; three years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary on each count; three counts of theft-control of property; three years probation and monetary/public works service only on each count; and two counts of trafficking in stolen property; five years probation and monetary/public works service only on each count.

• Daniel Grissom, 34, Sierra Vista, Oct. 2: manslaughter-reckless; five years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Alphonzo Higgins, 39, Sierra Vista, Oct. 6: attempted theft of means of transportation; two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary; and attempted unlawful means of transportation-control; one year confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Derek Hunt, 21, Benson, Oct. 6: attempted forgery-offers forged instrument; three years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Brandi Jordan, 25, Sierra Vista, Oct. 24: conspiracy-dangerous drug-possess for sale; six years confinement in Department of Corrections; and dangerous drug-possess/use; four years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Rodrigo Ledezma-Erreguin, 28, Phoenix, Oct. 31: attempted theft of transportation-control; two years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Angelica Leon, 24, Sierra Vista, Oct. 14: dangerous drug-possess/use; 10 years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Rosalio Maldonado, 61, Douglas, Oct. 20: DUI-liquor blood alcohol content 0.08 or more, first degree; one day confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and one year probation.

• Ernestina Martinez, 28, Sierra Vista, Oct. 14: failure to remain at accident scene-death/injury; one year six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Francisco Martinez, 19, Tucson, Oct. 27: attempted marijuana-transport and/or sell; 31 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and five years probation.

• Danny Mason, 53, Sierra Vista, Oct. 6: kidnapping; 28 years confinement in Department of Corrections; two counts of aggravated assault-deadly weapon/dangerous instrument; 20 years confinement in Department of Corrections on each; theft of means of transportation; 20 years confinement in Department of Corrections; armed robbery-threaten to use weapon; 28 years confinement in Department of Corrections; and aggravated robbery; 20 years confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Ryder McMullan, 23, McNeal, Oct. 3: three counts of burglary second degree; three years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary on each count; three counts of theft - control property; three years probation and monetary/public works service only on each count; aggravated assault-deadly weapon/dangerous instrument; five years probation and monetary/public works service only; and disorderly conduct; three years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Natachee Meade, 19, Sierra Vista, Oct. 31: drug paraphernalia violation; three years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Andrew Mears, 21, Sierra Vista, Oct. 14: drug paraphernalia violation; three years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Jessica Ogle, 23, Nogales, Oct. 31: unlawful means of transportation-control; three years probation and monetary/public works service only; and attempted forgery of credit card; three years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Sal Perez, 22, Department of Corrections, Oct. 24: aggravated assault on an officer; one year confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Emmanuel Quijada, 27, Agua Prieta, Mexico, Oct. 27: theft of means of transportation; 184 days confinement in Cochise County Jail and five years probation.

• Janie Saenz, 47, Willcox, Oct. 6: drug paraphernalia violation; 137 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Dennis Tinkler, 55, Hereford, Oct. 20: DUI-liquor/drugs/toxic vapors, first degree; one year probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Roy Tomaszewski, 43, Sierra Vista, Oct. 21: dangerous drug-transport and/or sell; 13 years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary; and dangerous drug-possess/use; three years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Candra Torres, 25, Pirtleville, Oct. 24: drug paraphernalia violation; two years probation and monetary/public works service only; and marijuana-possess/use; two years probation and monetary/public works service only.

• William White, 28, Sierra Vista, Oct. 22: aggravated assault-disfigurement/loss/impair/organ; 21 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Eric Worley, 19, Sierra Vista, Oct. 6: two counts of burglary second degree; three years six months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary on each count; and two counts of theft-control property; three years probation and monetary/public works service only on one count and three years probation only on the other count.
