ARRESTS

Jesus R. Bringas-Carrillo 4-1-69 was arrested at 628 2nd St. for Domestic

Violence.  Bringas was also arrested for DUI at 9th St. and A Avenue.

Mark Anthony Lopez 9-28-73 was arrested at the 600 block of 7th St. for Driving on a Suspended License.

David P. Hubacher 7-27-57 was arrested at 8th St. and F Avenue for Disorderly Conduct.

Albert I. Montoya 11-20-80 was arrested for Theft of Means of Transportation and Resisting Arrest.  Montoya was also charged with a pending charge of Unlawful Flight from Pursuing Law Enforcement and Endangerment.

Ulisses I. Ramirez 4-12-81 was arrested at MM 17 on Hwy 191 for Criminal Speed.

Sergio Alday 11-16-72 was arrested at the 1800 block of 11th St. for Possession of Narcotics.  Alday also had a warrant out of DPD for Failure to PayFines/Interfering with Judicial Proceedings.

Oyuki Valdez-Gonzalez 12-11-88 was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry on a

warrant out of the U.S. Marshal’s Office for Probation Violation on Possession of Marijuana.

Jesus A. Cortez 12-15-86 was arrested at the 500 block of 10th St. for Driving on a Suspended License.

Cesar Montano-Rico 5-1-87 was arrested at the KFC parking lot for DUI, Driving on a Suspended License, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Cecilia Valencia 6-28-83 was arrested at the 1000 block of Dolores for Driving on a Suspended License.

Vincent L. Smith 2-6-76 was arrested at Radio Shack on a warrant out of Benson PD for Failure to Pay Fines for Driving on a Suspended License.

Xochilthl Pereyda 2-10-75 was arrested at the 1200 block of Pan AmericanAvenue for Driving on a Suspended License.

Jaime Arias 12-12-89 was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry on two outstanding warrants out of Nogales PD and Maricopa County.

Brizeida Madrid 2-25-88 was arrested at the 1000 block of Van Buren Avenue on a warrant out of DPS.

Pedro O. Rivera-Barrios 5-20-89 was arrested at the 600 block of 15th St. for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

Moises Wilson 1-22-76 was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry on a warrant out of CCSO.
