DEC. 1

• Ronnie Bustamonte Orozco, 31: knowingly attempted to possess a deadly weapon after having been convicted of a felony; one and a half years confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Jesse Paul Lis, 28: knowingly attempted to transport marijuana for sale, three and one-half years confinement to Department of Corrections; and knowingly possessed a narcotic drug, two and a half years confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Eric Lee Blakeslee, 24: unlawfully possessed methamphetamine drug paraphernalia; 105 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Ralph Hernandez, 41: aggravated assault; three years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Emma Garcia, 49: knowingly attempted to transport marijuana for sale; nine days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Laura Denise Painter, 45: DUI–drugs or metabolite while driver’s license was suspended/revoked/canceled; two days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Jacob Raymond Hopkins, 21: attempted shoplifting while having committed or been convicted within the past five years of two or more offenses involving burglary/theft/shoplifting/robbery; 27 days confinement in Cochise County Jail and three years probation; and attempted to possess a narcotic drug; 139 days confinement to Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Randy Michael Garcia, 36: burglary 3rd degree; two and one-half year confinement in Department of Corrections; and theft of property; one year confinement in Department of Corrections.

DEC. 4

• Martin Enriquez Paredes, 19: attempted to transport marijuana for sale; two years confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Daniel Enrique Flores, 28: two counts of burglary of a residential structure; six and one-half years confinement to Department of Corrections with monetary on each; and two counts of attempted burglary; two and a half years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary on one count and three years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary on the other.

• Javier Romero Islava, 36: failure to appear in Court in connection with a felony; five days confinement in Cochise County Jail and three years probation.

• Justin Warren Durham, 28: aggravated assault with one prior; one year nine months confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Zachariah Edward Wilmouth, 26: DUI; one day confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and two years probation.

DEC. 5

• Mario Gonzalez, 30: aggravated DUI–DUI while license suspended/restricted, three years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary; and aggravated assault upon a peace officer, one and a half years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Holly Anne Asaro, 25: unlawfully possessed drug paraphernalia; two years probation.

• Cheri Lee Carr, 50: aggravated DUI–DUI while license suspended/restricted; three years probation.

• Stephanie Nichole Cruz, 30: attempted aggravated DUI–DUI while license suspended/restricted; two years probation.

• Matthew Martin Barney, 21: attempted unauthorized control over a means of transportation without intent to permanently deprive; three years probation.

• Wesley Wayne Hamilton, 26: failure to register as a sex offender; 10 years confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Rachel Sanchez Olivas, 37: two counts of failure to appear in Court in connection with a felony; one and a half years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary for each count; and DUI–drugs or metabolite while licensed suspended/restricted; two and one-half years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Christina Faulkner, 26: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/dangerous instrument; five years probation.

• Allan Roy Bennett, 48: attempted aggravated DUI–alcohol/drugs/toxic vapor while license suspended/restricted; three years probation.

DEC.  8

• John Thomas Jordan, 26: attempted control of stolen property, one year confinement in Department of Corrections; and aggravated assault/domestic violence, three and a half years confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Eliaquim Lopez-Lopez, 21: aggravated assault on a peace officer; one year confinement to Department of Corrections.

• Victor Manuel Rojaz Perez, 55: aggravated DUI–DUI while license suspended/restricted; four months confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Daniel Espejel-Romero, 18: took unauthorized control over a means of transportation; three years probation.

• Kyle James Simmons, 21: unlawfully possessed methamphetamine drug paraphernalia; three years probation.

DEC. 15

• Jack Mays Stinson, III, 23: took unauthorized control over a means of transportation; three years probation with monetary.

• Lee Roy Stewart, III, 30: burglary of a residential structure while armed with a deadly weapon/dangerous instrument; nine years and three months confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Richard Raymond Miller, 46: resisting arrest by use or threatening to use physical force against an officer; one year confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Antonia D. Shinn, 25: domestic violence/disorderly conduct with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument; two years probation with monetary.

• Lisa Marie Leyvas Bergun, 36: robbery, three and a half years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary; and attempted burglary of a non-residential structure, one and a half year confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Deric Lance Foust, 32: two counts of attempted to possess a dangerous drug; six months confinement in Department of Corrections for each count and monetary on one count.

• Nicholas M. Murphy, 18: manslaughter; 10 1/2 years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Greg Hernandez, 39: defacing/damaging property; one year confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary; and unlawful use of means of transportation; one and one-half years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Oscar Soza Beltran, 36: unlawfully possessed methamphetamine drug paraphernalia; one year confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Robert Manton Volpe II, 29: knowingly attempted to possess marijuana for sale; three years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

DEC.  18

• Andrew Vincent Gasson, 19: criminal trespass in or on residential structure, one year confinement in Department of Corrections; and two counts of assault, 140 days confinement in Cochise County Jail for each and monetary on one count.

• Jason Michael Schaub, 23: obtained property or services by means of material misrepresentation; two and a half years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

DEC. 19

• Robert Francisco Torres, 38: unlawfully possessed methamphetamine drug paraphernalia; one and a half years confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Joel Cadena Jr., 24: recklessly display/discharge a deadly weapon or instrument with intent to disturb the peace, one year confinement in Department of Corrections; and aggravated DUI while license suspended/restricted, two and a half years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Reyes Rodriguez Palma, 44: knowingly attempted to possess marijuana for sale; one year confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Vanessa Charisse Lopez, 29: assuming false identity with intent to defraud; three years probation with monetary.

DEC. 22

• Brian Lee Kananen, 43: three counts of aggravated assault on law enforcement officers; two years three months confinement in Department of Corrections on two counts; one year nine months confinement in Department of Corrections on third count.

• Megan Christina Gasho, 19: tampering with physical evidence; 105 days in Cochise County Jail and three years probation.

• Sarah Kathleen Pritchard, 19: assuming a false identity with the intent to defraud another; six days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and two years probation.

• Manuel Sierra Hernandez, 45: attempted sexual assault and incest; 204 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Jose Ruben Torres Jr., 27: theft of means of transportation; three years confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Alehli Lizbette Ralls, 32: unlawfully possessed methamphetamine drug paraphernalia; one year confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

DEC. 29

• Louie Henry Valles, 54: two counts of possessing a deadly weapon after having been convicted of a felony and having no civil right to possess/carry a weapon; two and a half years confinement to Department of Corrections on each count.

• Joseph C. Novoa, 26: two counts of possessing a deadly weapon while being a prohibited possessor with two prior felony convictions; 12 years confinement in Department of Corrections on each count.

• Edgar Madrid, 29: resisting arrest by using or threatening to use physical force against an officer; one and a half years confinement in Department of Corrections.

• Roque Sanchez Mora, 55: child molestation, 10 years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary; and sexual assault, seven years confinement in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Rosalinda Ocano Holbrook, 27: attempted theft of means of transportation; 143 days confinement in Cochise County Jail with monetary and three years probation.

• Luis Octavio Borbon, 27: fled or attempted to elude a pursuing law enforcement vehicle; two and a half years confinement in Department of Corrections.
