Published/Last Modified on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 10:55 AM MDT

A revamping of the Community Development Department and several golf course issues, including a possible planned development on nearly five acres, are set to be discussed during the next meeting of the Douglas City Council.

The next meeting is at 6 p,.m. on Wednesday, March 11, at the City Hall Council Chambers. No study session will be held.

The change in Community Development  would expand it to include a new Housing, Neighborhood and Grants Division and a new Neighborhoods Division. Some functions of Community Development would then be transferred to Public Works.
