Meridian Rehab is a complete rehabilitation therapy contract company that assists health care providers with specialized post-acute and maintenance therapy programs. We achieve this through effective management of the recruitment process, training curriculums, and superior salary and benefits programs aimed at retaining highly skilled and experienced physical, occupational and speech-language therapists.

Meridian Rehab offers a full compendium of rehabilitation services including program management, staffing and scheduling, outcomes information support, and specialized educational programs. Complimenting the health center’s nursing department is a major focus of our rehabilitation team.
