The following are sentencings in Cochise County Superior Court, as provided by the court system. The listings include disposition date, charge and sentence. “Monetary” can be a fine or restitution, or both.


• Donald L. Pizer, 21, Willcox, three counts of aggravated assault–serious physical injury; time in Department of Corrections.

• Juan F. Romero, 20, Mexico, Jan. 16: second-degree burglary; probation and time in county jail with monetary.

• Mariz L. Sanchez, 45, Los Angeles, Calif., Jan. 9: narcotic drug–transport and/or sell; probation and time in county jail with monetary.

• Jesus A. Sierra, 33, Douglas, Jan. 20: three counts of second-degree burglary, three counts of criminal damage and two counts of endangerment; time in Department of Corrections.

• Alejandrino L. Silva, 20, Mexico, Jan. 9: three counts of first-degree burglary, criminal damage, two counts of theft–control property, kidnapping, aggravated assault–deadly weapon/dangerous instrument, aggravated robbery and armed robbery with deadly weapon; time in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Margaret A. Sny, 47, Sierra Vista, Jan. 23: two counts of possess/use dangerous drug; time in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Jesus F. Tapia, 29, address unrecorded, Jan. 2: resisting arrest–physical force; time in Department of Corrections.

• Jeremiah J. Toyota, 18, Sierra Vista, Jan. 9: marijuana-possess/use; probation and monetary/public works service only.

• Brian K. Tozer, 25, Sierra Vista, Jan. 16: two counts of dangerous drug–possess/use; time in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Lorraine M. Uribe, 25, Tucson, Jan. 2: first-degree DUI–aggravated with driver license restriction; probation and time in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Natalio V. Valdez, 42, Mexico, Jan. 16: three counts of first-degree burglary, criminal damage/defacing, two counts of theft–control property, kidnapping, aggravated assault–deadly weapon/dangerous instrument, aggravated robbery and armed robbery with deadly weapon; time in Department of Corrections with monetary.

• Fernando Valencia, 24, Douglas, Jan, 16: three counts of third-degree burglary; time in Department of Corrections.

• Jesus N. Valenzuela, 28, Mexico, Jan. 16: aggravated assault–deadly weapon/dangerous instrument, dangerous drug–possess/use, theft of means of transportation, and unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle; time in Department of Corrections.

• Carla Ludivina C. Vega, 22, Mexico, Jan. 9: marijuana-transport and/or use and use/hire minor in a drug offense; time in Department of Corrections.
