Proclamation

Mayor Dr. Michael Gomez officially proclaimed the month of April in Douglas as Child Abuse Prevention Month. The proclamation calls upon all citizens, community agencies, religious organizations, medical facilities and businesses to increase their participation in  efforts to prevent child abuse and strengthen our community. Accepting the proclamation from Vice Mayor Bob Fernandez, center, are Jennie Molina and Angel Acosta from Douglas for Stronger Families.
