Gentle Birth offers free classes

Gentle Birth Services and Family Center, located at 821 Highway 92 in Bisbee, will be offering free programs.


Each Tuesday will be Aerobics at 10 a.m., and an open house from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m..

On Wednesdays, Midwife Diane Gregg will conduct Relaxation and Visualization classes at 5:30 p.m. Participants are to being a blanket or mat and pillow.

Movies will be shown every first and third Saturdays of the month beginning at 2 p.m.

On April 18, there will be a class for expectant fathers.

Also, on even months, there will be a birth class taught in Spanish on the second Saturday at 2 p.m.

Call anytime for an appointment or with questions. Come by on any Tuesday to take a tour and see the waterbirth tubs.
