‘Blackwood Legacy’ to present it’s music in Elfrida March 23 The Nashville-based “Blackwood Legacy” gospel group, featuring former Blackwood Brothers Quartet lead singer and Gospel Music Hall of Fame Inductee Rick Price will be performing March 23 at 7 p.m. at the Elfrida Baptist Church. Admission is free and a love offering will be received. Price has gathered some of the most talented and sought-after gospel artists on the scene today to create a dynamic Blackwood Brothers tribute concert that features the well-remembered old favorites such as “Beulah Land” and “How Great Thou Art.” Included in the talent lineup is Washington State native, Luke Yates, a dynamic pianist and vocalist who recently exploded on the Gospel music scene, and former Florida Boys Tenor, Don E Thomas, with his signature “high as the sky” tenor voice.
