Cruz “TuTu” Gabriel Rea passed away on April 12, 2009 at the Tucson Heart Hospital


Cruz was born on May 3, 1963 in Douglas, AZ.

Surviving Cruz are his wife Maria de Lourdes of 17 years of marriage, his parents Moises and Carlota Rea, sons, Orlando G Rea, Cruz A. Rea and daughter Erica Anabelle Rea. Surviving also are his brother Marco Antonio Rea, and sisters Maria Guadalupe, Parmely, Maria de los Angeles Rea and Lydia Carlota Leatherman.

Cruz was a Supervisor for McDonalds. Cruz was well known throughout the community and will be greatly missed.

Rosary for Cruz will be Tuesday, April 14, 2009-7:00 p.m. in the main chapel of Adair Douglas Funeral Chapel. Mass of the Resurrection will be Wednesday, April 15, 2009-10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church with Fr. James Baka. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ramon Leatherman, Xavier Grijalva, Marco Rea, Justin Schmidt, Diego Leatherman, and Jimmy Valencia. Honorary-Pallbearers will be Jesus Olivas, Juan Sosaya, Ramses Gonzales, Angel Dorame, and Marco A. Rea Jr.

Care entrusted to Adair Douglas Funeral Chapel, 364-2121, Funeral Director Alex Espinosa.
