Registration underway for the Douglas Economic Outlook Luncheon

 Registration deadline is Wednesday, May 27, for the 14th Annual Douglas Economic Outlook Luncheon, presented by the Cochise College Center for Economic Research. 


The event is scheduled for Thursday, June 4, at the Cochise College Student Union, 4190 W. Highway 80, Douglas, AZ. Doors will open at 11:00 a.m. with the program set to begin at 11:30 a.m. and conclude at 1:30 p.m.

 This year’s program will include a presentation by Curtis Shook, city manager for the City of Douglas, who will discuss current and upcoming projects within the city.  Robert Carreira, Ph.D., director of the CER, will provide a review of the Douglas economy over the past year, and an economic outlook for the coming year.

 Cost for the event is $45 per person or $315 for a reserved table of 8 (includes lunch and a copy of the 2009 Douglas Economic Outlook, a CER publication on the Douglas economy).  Please note that no refunds will be issued for reservations cancelled within 7 days of the event. One unit of continuing professional education is available in finance, real estate, and accounting.  To register, contact the CER at (520) 515-5486 or cer@cochise.edu.
