• Jennifer M. Roundy, Benson, March 9: drug paraphernalia violation and DUI–aggravated with driver’s license restriction; three years probation and monetary/public works service only on each charge.
• Glen R. Russell, Douglas, March 9: aggravated assault of an officer; 465 days incarceration in Cochise County Jail and three years probation.
• Walter D. Salazar, Douglas, March 27: prisoner possess/make contraband; three years six months incarceration in Department of Corrections with monetary.
• Robert J. Schottenbauer, Sierra Vista, March 6: smuggling humans for profit/commercial purpose and drug paraphernalia violation; three years probation and monetary/public works service only on each charge.
• Scott R. Schwartz, Tucson, March 27: three counts of arson of structure or property; two years six months incarceration in Department of Corrections on two counts and one year incarceration in Department of Corrections on the third count; and third-degree burglary; two years six months incarceration in Department of Corrections.
• Williams Simmons, Tucson, March 30: aggravated assault–disfigurement/loss/impair/organ; four years probation and monetary/public works service only; aggravated assault–deadly weapon/dangerous instrument; five years probation and monetary/public works service only; armed robbery–threaten to use weapon; seven years probation and monetary/public works service only; and aggravated robbery; five years probation and monetary/public works service only.
• Christopher S. Spivey, Bisbee, March 27: forgery–offers forged instrument; three years incarceration in Department of Corrections; third-degree criminal trespass; five years incarceration in Department of Corrections; fraudulent schemes/artifices; five years incarceration in Department of Corrections with monetary; and theft–control property; three years incarceration in Department of Corrections.
• Ryan P. Stange, city unrecorded, March 13: forgery–with written instrument; four years incarceration in Department of Corrections with monetary.
• Brandon L. Story, Sierra Vista, March 30: fraudulent schemes/artifices; four years probation and monetary/public works service only.
• Tyler S. Sturguess, Benson, March 6: theft of means of transportation; six years incarceration in Department of Corrections with monetary; possess/use dangerous drug; two years six months incarceration in Department of Corrections with monetary; and theft of credit card–obtain by fraudulent means; one year six months incarceration in Department of Corrections with monetary.
• Oscar Tineo Jr., Sierra Vista, March 16: two counts of shoplifting; 30 days incarceration in Cochise County Jail with monetary and four years probation.
• David Urbano, Willcox, March 13: disorderly conduct; three years probation and monetary/public works service only.
