Everett J. Jones Real Estate recently welcomed two new associates - Angelica “Angie” Villareal and Rosy Zozaya.

Angie Villareal
Villareal was born and raised in Douglas, graduating from Douglas High School in 1989. She also attended six months of ITT Computer Tech Institute classes in Tucson.
She has been in real estate since 2000.
“I have knowledge of International Corporate Relocations, as well as Commercial, Residential, Land Sales, Property Management, Apartment Complexes and Investment Properties,” she said.
She has also had sales experience in Sonora, Mexico and have assisted families with the USDA/SEAGO Government programs and project PHMDC Assistance Programs.
“The aspect that I offer my custmers is excellent customer service,” she said.
Villareal has been very active in the community, serving as the Youth Group Director for Immaculate Conception Church since 2000, volunteer for DARC, board member of the Douglas Housing Committee, 2006 President of the Douglas Association of Realtors, President of the Douglas Noon Lions Club and Vice President and board member of the Douglas Chamber of Commerce.
“A lot of people always ask me ‘Ho do you have time to do all that you do?’ And my answer is ‘When you have a passion for what you do, you make the time to be involved, because it will benefit you in the future.’ “
Rosy Zozaya
Zozaya spent the last 20 years in banking before turning to a passion of here with real estate.
“It is something that I always wanted to try.
“As a banker, I had the opportunity to meet many great people, loyal customers and friends, many of which great relationships were established.
“I learned many things during my banker years. One of which is honestly, loyalty and the service provided was and continues to be of vital importance.”
