September 10


DOUGLAS                                                            

 Wanted Person: Victor  Barrera  Ayala was arrested at the Douglas Border Patrol Station for a felony warrant out of Cook County, Illinois the warrant was aggravated DUI / reckless  homicide.  Subject was booked into CCJ Bisbee.

September 12-13

DOUGLAS                                                                              

Wanted Person: Dominic Andrew Lopez   was arrested and transported to the CCSO-Jail, for an outstanding warrant out of J.P. #2, for failure to pay fines .

Vehicle Theft: Unknown person(s) stole a 1994 Dodge Ram 1/2 ton truck.  This happened in the 7400 block of N. Central Hwy in McNeal  

ELFRIDA                                                                                

Non-injury Accident:  Mary Ellen Carpenter reported that she had struck a deer at MP 15 on Davis  Rd.  Carpenter was not injured.   

 Domestic:   Tamara Gibson assaulted a male subject at a residence in the 100 block of N Ford Rd in Sunsites.  Gibson was cited and released for DV Disorderly & Assault

 Suspicious Vehicle:  Deputies responded to the 6000 block of Davis Rd where they discovered a vehicle that was running with no occupants inside parked in the driveway at that location.  Border Patrol was searching for a group of illegal immigrants in the area and it was determined that they had fled from this vehicle.   

September 14

DOUGLAS                                                                   

Wanted Person:  Jesus Gonzalez-Baray, an undocumented immigrant, was arrested on a valid warrant from Garfield County in Colorado.  Gonzalez-Baray was arrested at the US Border Patrol Station.

DUI: Jesus C. Bonicichi was in actual physical control of a gray 1989 Isuzu Trooper,with a trailer.  Bonicichi was asleep on the driver seat with the keys in the ignition, when a CCSO Deputy stopped behind the vehicle.  Bonicichi performed and failed Field sobriety tests.  In addition, Bonicichi had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.  This incident occurred on Leslie Canyon Road milepost 2.3 .

September 15

DOUGLAS                                                                   

Domestic Violence: Eva McAdams was arrested (cite&release) for Domestic Violence/ Disorderly Conduct, after fighting with her younger brother, and throwing a telephone to the floor. This took place in the 2500 block of N. County Hospital Rd

ELFRIDA                                                                     

Burglary: Deputies responded to a residence off of Quail Hollow Drive in Sunizona in reference to a report of a burglary. The unknown subject reportedly took two jackets, used the phone, and ate some of food in the house.

September 16

DOUGLAS                                                                   

DUI: Domingo G. Valencia was arrested in front of the residence of 205 W. Fir Ave for driving under the influence of alcohol with a Breath Alcohol Concentrate(BAC) of .165%.   The vehicle was impounded for 30 days.

September 17

DOUGLAS                                                                   

Wanted Person: Ruben Delgado-Castorena was arrested at the US Border Patrol Station on a valid felony warrant out of Milwaukee County Sheriff Office located in Milwaukee Ohio. Original charges of Posses with intent to distribute drugs.  No Bond.

Wanted Person: Federico Villalba-Cordova, an undocumented alien, was arrested at the United States Border Patrol Station on a valid warrant out of El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Drugs: Sergio Adrian Hoyos was arrested at the 400 block of Pan American for Interfering with Judicial Proceedings, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Prescription drugs, and Warrant out of J.P.#2, for Failure to pay fine.
