Claudia Ramirez Serrano Claudia Ramirez Serrano, former resident of Douglas, passed away on October 10, 2009, in Guadalajara, Mexico. Claudia was born to Alfonso Serrano Rodriguez and Guadalupe Granillo (deceased). She is survived by her Aunt Delores (Hector) Lopez, daughter Alexis Benevidez, son Raul Serrano and one grandson, along with sisters Nancy (Enrique) Barcelo, Veronica (Mario) Rodriguez, Viviana Granillo and Ana Granillo, brothers Juan Manuel (Cecilia) Granillo, Hector (Rosa) Granillo, Alberto Granillo and nieces and nephews. A private service will be held in Douglas. She lived a full, filled life, and she will always be loved and remembered in our hearts. Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2009, at St. Luke’s Church at 10 a.m.
