DOUGLAS                                                                   

Wanted Person: David Sodari was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Justice of the Peace #2, for failure to pay a fine, and for Driving on a Suspended license.  Sodari was booked into the CCSO-Jail.

Criminal Damage: Unknown suspect(s) caused approximately $290.00 dollars worth of damage to a Magnum Light Tower, by cutting the Mast Electrical wire.  The Tower was stationary along the United States/Mexico Border at Plantation road and International.

ELFRIDA                                                               

Theft:  Deputies responded to N Van Meter in Elfrida where a female reported that $250 was missing from her wallet.   Investigation continues.

October 3-4

DOUGLAS                                                                   

Wanted Person: Francisco Saiz Jr. was arrested at 208 W. Pirtle Ave. in Pirtleville AZ on a valid warrant from Douglas Police Department.  The warrant was a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay on a traffic violation from JP 2.

Wanted Person: Edgar Rascon-Mejia was a Fugitive from Justice at the U.S. Border Patrol Station in Douglas, Az., for a felony warrant out of Colorado for Failure to Appear on original charge of Dangerous Drugs and no bond given.

Assault: Francisco Saiz Jr. was shooting a BB gun in his back yard.  While shooting he hit Alma Moore, a neighbor in the face.  Saiz Jr was shooting at 208 W. Pirtle Ave in Pirtleville.

ELFRIDA                                                                      

Burglary- A male reported that an unknown person broke a window of the A-Family restaurant/Elfrida Mercantile and entered into the building. Upon entry approximately $120 was removed from two cash registers.
