DOUGLAS                                                                  

Wanted Person: Claudia Yvette Valencia was arrested at 3463 N Washington Ave,  for a misdemeanor warrant out of JP3, Benson,AZ. The warrant was for failure to pay. Claudia was booked into the Cochise County Jail in Bisbee.\

October 22

DOUGLAS                                                                 

Viol Crt Order: Rene Rivera was arrested on W Grace Ave for Violating an Order of Protection. 

Traffic Accident: Aileen Mercer and Danielle Martinez were involved in a two vehicle collision with no injuries at the parking lot of the Cochise College.

ELFRIDA                                                                      

Trespassing:  A male subject reported a abandoned residence owned by him located on Rucker Canyon RD was broken into by unknown persons. This occurred at an unknown time in the past few days.

October 24-25

DOUGLAS                                                             

Wanted Person: Joel Alcantor was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice on an outstanding Felony warrant from Georgia (probation violation). This took place at the United States Border Patrol station in Douglas.

Wanted Person: Raul Hernandez  was arrested for a valid Felony warrant out of Cochise Co Superior Court.  Prior to this, Hernandez refused to provide his name and date of birth, while conducting an alcohol offense investigation.  Hernandez had spirituous liquor in his body, showing a .084% BAC.

Disorderly:  Justin Clashin, Suzanne Rivera, and Brianna Lopez were arrested (cite&release) for Domestic Violence. This occurred during a dispute in which Justin attempted to leave the residence, and Suzanne and Brianna tried to physically stop him from doing so. Justin became angry and threw two glasses on the floor, causing them to break. This incident took place on Primrose Avenue.

ELFRIDA                                                                Threatening:  On 10-25-09, Horatio Solomon threatened his former wife while talking with her on a cell phone.  Horatio was charged with threatening and intimidating

Criminal Damage:  Sometime between 102409 and 102509, unknown subject(s) damaged a large portion of field fencing and a corner stone belonging to Randolfo Armenta.  This incident occurred at Flycatcher and Randy Rd in Pearce.
