October 8


Border Patrol Agents from the Douglas station arrested an illegal alien from Mexico on Wednesday, west of the Douglas Port of Entry.  When the man was entered into the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS), records revealed an arrest for “Indecent Liberties with Child” and “Misdemeanor Sexual Battery.”  The man was held for further processing.

October 10, 2009

Border Patrol Agents from the Douglas Station arrested an illegal alien Thursday from Mexico who, according to an IAFIS records check, had been arrested for “Willful Cruelty to a Child, Battery of a Spouse, and Inflicting Corporal Injury to a Spouse.”  The man was held for further processing.

October 11

Border Patrol agents from the Douglas station arrested an illegal immigrant  from Mexico on Friday. Fingerprint records revealed he had been arrested on an accusation of “kidnapping-fansom-hostage.” The man was held for further processing.
