Douglas runs all over Scottsdale Arcadia, 35-17

The Douglas Bulldogs used an overwhelming running attack and strong defense to shut down the high-powered Scottsdale Arcadia offense and win its first playoff game in  years.


The Douglas rushing attack ran all over the Titans for more than 200 yards as the Bulldogs won 35-17.

The Douglas defense shut down the Tital offense in the second half, aided by three Bulldog interceptions, while Douglas scored three times in the final two quarters.

Douglas will play the winner of the Cactus-Mojave game.

    " Great win on Friday bulldogs at times they tried to turn the tide but you guys stood your ground and fought hard. I think as a community we should get together and show these kids and couches how proud we are of them. Douglas unified be proud show these kids how great they really are. "
