Arlin R Waters, 76  passed away on November 8, 2009, at his home in Elfrida.Mr. Waters was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on October 17, 1933 to Ras and Lida Waters. 


Mr. Waters served in the Korean War.   He was married to Lydia Paulina Waters for 42 years.  

Mr Waters is survived by his children;  Arlin F. (Darlene) Eager, Veronica (Travis) Adcock, Elfrida, Lida (Sergio) Smith,   Elfrida,  RNA (Hyde)  Waters, Elfrida, Vincent (Michelle) Elfrida, Roy(Mary) Elfrida.  Grandchildren; Nick Waters, Queen Creek, Jeremy (Jessica) Waters, Phoenix, Crystal (Ron),  Preston Waters, Phoenix. Vanessa Waters, Safford, Creed Christinat, Elfrida, Cole Christinat, Elfrida, Vincent Waters Eager, Vanessa Waters Eager, Josh Elfrida, Jarred Elfrida George Adcock, Elfrida,  Jesus Smith, Elfrida, Beatrice Smith, Elfrida,  Zachary Waters Elfrida, Angelica Smith, Maria Cordova. Lane waters, Tucson,  Brooke Waters, Elfrida,.  Great grand children: Porter, Ron Dewey,  Queen Creek,   

Mr. Waters is survived by his siblings;  Polly Smith, Charlie Waters, Catherine Verkler, Larry Waters, Clara Prince, Trish Phillips, and Betty Ozeer   

Mr Waters worked in Construction and was a farmer, in the Elfrida community,  he enjoyed fishing and hunting in his spare time.
