Criminal Damage: Sometime between 9:00 am on 10/26/2009 and 1:00 pm on 11/2/2009 unknown person(s) broke a window of a house on Irvine Ave in Pirtleville. The screen was removed and the broken glass was placed in a bed of a truck parked in the driveway. No entry was made. The window was valued at $50.00.
ELFRIDA
Domestic: On 11-02-09 at approximately 8:36 pm, a female requested a deputy on Bumble Bee in Sunizona reference a domestic in progress. The female stated she and her boyfriend, Reid Livingston, got into an argument over their kids. She stated Reid broke down a door at his mother’s residence, assaulted her, and then ran out the back door with a gun. Reid was located by Border Patrol with the use of their scope truck approximately 1 mile south of his residence. Several deputies then took Reid into custody. The firearm was located in the desert northwest of the house by Deputies and Reid was taken to Willcox Detention without further incident.

DOUGLAS
Wanted Person: Mario Erives-Perez was arrested at the Douglas US Border Patrol Station. Mario was arrested on a valid warrant out of Gila County, Arizona. The warrant was for failure to appear (Felony). Mario was?transported to CCSO Bisbee Detention and booked into jail.
Wanted Person: Cindy Rodriguez was arrested on Via Ocotillo on a valid misdemeanor warrant out of Douglas JP #2 for failure to pay fines on original charges of Driving under the influence.
November 4
DOUGLAS
Wanted Person: On 11/04 at 6:58 pm, Gilbert Pinon was arrested on 24th St located in Douglas, AZ on a valid misdemeanor warrant out of Douglas JP #2 for failure to pay fines on original charges of Domestic Violence/Criminal Damage.
Drugs: On 11/04 at 6:58 pm, Bernardo Jordan was in possession of a yellow prescription bottle which contained a green leafy substance which appeared to be marijuana, a weight of 29.7 grams. This occurred in the 1200 block of 24th St. located in Douglas, AZ.

Assault: On 11-04 at 11:03 am, Deputies took a report from a female who stated she was assaulted in a parking lot in the Douglas Area. She stated that while in the Safeway Parking Lot, an unknown Hispanic Lady grabbed her by the arm and after she pulled away, the lady grabbed her around the neck.

Criminal Damage: On 11-14-09 at 8:00 am, a female reported that a pole holding a handicap sign in the parking lot of the Sunsites Library had been bent and broken off. The security light had been broken and glass was lying on the ground under the light. A report was taken and extra patrol will be provided.
