Richard Hernandez has gone with God at the young age of 40. He slipped into the arms of our Lord on Saturday evening November 7, 2009.


He left behind many loved ones with sad hearts. He is survived by his son Julian Velez and daughters Katarina, Vanessa, and Alina Hernandez, Mother: Bibi Hernandez; Father: Roy Hernandez; Siblings: Ana Montano, Hector Escarcega, Art Hernandez, and Chris Hernandez. Bobby, Stephanie and Lizzie Montano and numerous other nieces and nephews; countless, aunts, uncles, cousins and loving friends whom he loved like family. Richard, we will never forget you!  \

An emptiness exists in our hearts that will be hard to fill. We will always love you and you will continue  to live in our loving memories. God reclaimed you for his own; we cannot blame him for doing so. A visitation was held in Angel Valley Funeral Home, Friday November 13, 2009, 2545 N. Tucson Blvd, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. A Funeral Mass was held on  Saturday November 14, 2009 at 1:00 pm in St. Marks Catholic Church 2727 W. Tangerine Rd. Oro Valley with concluding services and interment to follow in Holy Hope Catholic Cemetery. 

Donations may be made in his memory to any Chase Bank, Account #860791938 Service entrusted to Angel Valley Funeral Home 520-327-6341.
