November 7-8


DOUGLAS                            

Domestic Violence: On 11/06/09 at approximately 10:17 pm, Juan Carlos Montano engaged in disorderly conduct by yelling he was going to “kick everybody’s ass and kill everyone” outside his mother’s residence, on N. Ruth Street in Douglas, AZ.  Montano also broke two windows and the front windshield of his sister’s 1984 Dodge Ram Van.  In addition, Montano had three outstanding warrants.  Montano fled the scene prior to Deputies arrival.  Montano was subsequently apprehended at the wash of 20th Street and I Avenue by Deputies.

Theft-Auto: On 11-6-09 between 7:30 pm and 10:20 pm unknown suspect(s) stole a blue 2003 Chevrolet small pickup. The vehicle was taken from Pirtle Avenue. Upon a records check of the vehicle through ACIC, the vehicle was located at a tow company in Tucson.

Accident Shoot: On 11-7-09 at approx 2:00 am, a man reported that while he was at his home on N. Double Adobe Rd, McNeal, when he was hanging his leather gunslinger belt.  The .22 caliber revolver fell out of his holster, hit the floor, and discharged.  The bullet went in and out his left calf, causing a superficial wound. The male subject was later transported to Southeastern Arizona Medical Center, Douglas, AZ.

ELFRIDA                                   

Traffic Offense:  On 11-07-09 at 2:25 pm, Claudia Angelica DelCastillo knowingly operated her 2008 Dodge Truck at 75 mph in a 55 mph while her Arizona Driver’s License was suspended.  DelCastillo was cited and released.  The vehicle was impounded for 30 days.  Milepost 14 on Davis Rd. 

Warrant:  On 11-06-09 at 9:06 pm, Deputies responded to the 191 checkpoint at milepost 42 and arrested Dustin Middlebrook for a warrant out of Graham County for drug paraphernalia.  Dustin was taken to Willcox Detention without incident.

November 9

ELFRIDA

Burglary:  Between 11-01-09 and 11-08-09 at approximately 9:30 am, person(s) unknown unlawfully entered into a garage attached to the residence on S Falling Star Lane in Sunizona.  The owner of the property advised the only thing he could determine missing was a set of Bushnell Binoculars.  Investigation continues. 

November 10-11

DOUGLAS                    

Wanted Person: On 11/10/09 at 4:19 pm, Xavier Morales was arrested at Highway 80 and Mile marker 374 located in Douglas, AZ on a valid felony warrant out of Maricopa County Sheriff Office for failure to child support.

ELFRIDA                         

Structure Fire:  On 11-11-09 at 1:57 pm, a woman reported a structure fire at 10559 N Harris Blvd.  The woman advised that she was conducting a controlled burn hear her residence when she lost control of the fire.  Two storage trailers were totally destroyed and valued at approximately $10,000 

Criminal Damage:  On 11-11-09 at 7:20 am, Jesus Ernesto Astorga-Osuna (UDA) damaged two fences belonging to RL Robbs.  This occurred on Mr. Robb’s Property 5 miles west of Kansas Settlement Rd at the end of Baker Rd.  Damage is estimated at $300.  Mr. Robbs did not wish to pursue charges.

Traffic Offense:  On 11-11-09 at 5:51 pm, Deputies made a routine traffic stop at Highway 181 & Bell Ranch Rd.  The driver,  Stephen Masloff was found to be driving on a suspended license.  Masloff was cited and released.  The vehicle was towed to Willcox for 30 days.

November 12

DOUGLAS                        

Theft: On 11/12/09 at approximately 9:28 pm, two unknown Hispanic males entered a store and took an 18 pack of Budweiser 12 oz bottles valued at $17.00 dollars.  This incident occurred at the Pueblo Nuevo Mini Mart (2032 N. Douglas Avenue) in Pirtleville, AZ.
