DOUGLAS                                                              Burglary: Between 1000 hours 2-5-10 and 2-8-10 1530 hours, unknown person(s) entered a residence on N Skeleton  Cyn Rd Apache, AZ and took approximately $100.00 worth of food from the freezer and refrigerator. There were no signs of forced entry. The homeowner advised there was nothing else missing at the time of contact.

ELFRIDA                                                                Drugs/Traffic Offense:  On 020810 at 1140 hours, Juan Ricardo Victoria Robles was observed driving a 2010 Lincoln Navigator east on Highway 181 at a high rate of speed (70 in a 55)  Deputies made a traffic stop and discovered Robles was a Mexican National and had 218.90 lbs of marijuana inside the vehicle.  Robles was taken into custody and charged with possession, possession for sale, and transportation.  The vehicle was taken to Bisbee Substation.

DOUGLAS                                                                   

Wanted Person: On 2-09-10, Joan Gividen was arrested on Beki Ln located in Douglas, AZ for two misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear out Douglas JP #2 and one felony warrant out Federal Bureau of Investigations for aggravated assault on several Federal Agents.

Fire: On 02-09-10 a residential garage caught fire and burned completely. This took place at 5007 N. Kings Hwy in Douglas,Az 85607.

Drugs: On 02/09/2010 during a traffic stop at Hwy 80 MM 395, Sergio Duarte-Batista (01/16/87), a United States Citizen, was transporting four (4) undocumented aliens (UDA) in a white Ford truck.  Sergio also had in his possession approx 2 grams of marijuana.  The United States Border Patrol took custody of the 4 immigrants and Sergio.

Theft: On 02/09/10 at approximately 1631 hrs, a woman reported two jewelry boxes missing from her residence on W. Otis Ln. south of McNeal, Az. The value of the jewelry box was approximately $500.00. 

February 10

DOUGLAS                                                                   

Traff Acc:  On 02/10/10 at approximately 1930 hrs, Andres D. Fimbres was arrested for DUI/Drugs after recklessly colliding into a brick fence and a brick pilar to a residence on E. 21st St. In addition, Marco Rivera provided false information to Law Enforcement by giving a false name. Marco was a passenger in Andres’ Tahoe during the collision.

ELFRIDA                                                                      

Warrant Arrest:  On 021010 at 1949 hours, Roberto Carlos Lamadrid was arrested following a traffic stop at milepost 15 on Davis Rd.  Lamadrid was wanted out of JP2 for a failure to pay on a traffic offense. 

Warrant Arrest:  On 021010 at 1505 hours, Armando Vasquez was arrested at milepost 16.5 on Highway 191 pursuant to two outstanding warrants for dui drugs, due liquor drugs, and drug paraphernalia.  Vasquez was taken into custody by Deputies. 

February 11

DOUGLAS                                                                  

Fire: On 02/11/2010 at 1511 hours a trailer located at 24 E 18th St in Douglas AZ, caught fire.  The fire was possible started by electrical failure.  The trailer was completely destroyed due to fire and smoke damage.

ELFRIDA                                                                     

Drugs: On 02/11/2010 at approximately 1424, hours, Michael Heath was found to be in possession of a clear plastic baggy with a green leafy substance consistent with that of marijuana. The approximate weight is 0.07 grams.
