DOUGLAS                                                                   

Dead Body: On 02/01/10, at 0856 hours an undocumented immigrant was found deceased at grid coordinates N 31% 35.002 W 109% 09.998 located in Apache, AZ. There are no signs of foul play. Pending autopsy report from Cochise Co Medical Examiner Office for specific cause of death.

ELFRIDA                                                                      

Agency Assist:  On 020110 at 1323 hours, Deputies Border Patrol in locating two of four illegal immigrants in the area of milepost 4 on S Kansas Settlement Rd.   Border Patrol took custody of the illegal immigrants.

ELFRIDA                                                                  

Agency Assist:  On 020310 at 1230 hours, Deputies assisted Douglas Units and BP after a group of illegal immigrants ran from a vehicle which had broken down at milepost 9 on Highway 191.  CCSO removed the vehicle while BP searched the area for the subjects.  

February 4, 2010

DOUGLAS                                                                  

DV: Jesus Humberto Pedrego engaged in disorderly conduct by yelling and becoming angry at his mother,  due to numerous items around the house being broken.  During the altercation, he threw a mustard container through a hallway causing mustard to spill on the hallway rug.  In addition, he kicked and broke a kitchen trash can valued at $5.00 dollars, and an ironing stand causing a bolt to bend.  Pedrego left the residence prior to deputies arrival.  This incident occurred on W. Grace Avenue in Pirtleville, AZ.

February 6-7

DOUGLAS                                                                 

Agency Assist: On 02/05/2010 at approx. 2247 hrs, Marcos Payan was arrested by Douglas Police Officers for unlawful flight and resisting arrest near the intersection of E. El Pueblo Dr. And N Coronado Rd. north of Douglas, AZ CCSO Deputies assisted with the apprehension after Marcos filed on foot in the desert area.

Wanted Person: On 02/07/2010 at 1200 hrs Guillermina Ocampo-Martinez was arrested at the US Border Patrol Station located at 1608 N. Kings HWY in Douglas AZ.  Ocampo-Martinez was arrested on a valid warrant from the Unified Police Department of Greater Salt Lake.  ARS 13-3855, Fugitive from Justice

Wanted Person: On 02/07/2010 at approx 1720 hrs, Lindsey Allison Brooks was arrested at the South Eastern Arizona Medical Center (SEAMC) Douglas, AZ on a valid warrant out of Douglas JP2 for failure to pay.  The warrant was confirmed valid.  Lindsey was transported and booked into the Bisbee Detention Center.

Burglary:  On 020610 at 1119 hours, a man reported unknown subject(s) had entered his residence on E Sunrise Dr.  Deputies responded and discovered the screen on the north window had been removed and items valued at $940 were taken from the residence.  

Domestic:  On 020610 at 1725 hours, Deputies responded to N Hansen Rd for a domestic violence issue.  Carol Chavaria assaulted Donald Wright by pushing and verbally abusing him.  Chavaria was cited and released and Wright was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant.  

Missing Person:  On 020610, Deputies responded to the Cochise Stronghold for a missing person.  Search and Rescue was called and upon their arrival, a 14 yoa was located on one of the trails in the area.

Traffic:  On 020610 at approximately 1501 hours, Jesus Jose Acuna was operating his vehicle at a high rate of speed while having a suspended license at milepost 13 on Highway 191.  Acuna’s Vehicle was towed for 30 day impound.

Agency Assist:  On 020510 at 1708 hours, Deputies made contact with a subject walking at milepost 35 on Highway 191.  The subject advised he was in the country illegally and was turned over to Border Patrol.

    " WOW! i can't believe that man threw a mustard jar at the hallway! THAT'S INSANE!! and the staining of the carpet? sheesh! what has this world come to. but the worst part was the monetary damage. 5 whole dollars down the drain. we should start a fundraiser to get that lady a new 5 dollar trashcan. "
