Susan Lorraine Hernandez passed away peacefully at her home in Tucson, Arizona on Tuesday, March 2, 2010. 


Susan was born in Douglas, Arizona on August 29, 1961 to George Smith and Betty Phagan. 

She is survived by her husband Robert E. Hernandez of Tucson, Arizona.  Children, Susan Johnson, Melissa Johnson, Joseph Johnson, Melody Romero, Jennifer Lopez and Rachael Hernandez.  She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren, Sisters Evelyn Thomas and Elaine Griffin, Brothers George Louis Smith and George William Smith and Brother in law Joey Hernandez. 

She will always be remembered by her friends and family who all loved her dearly.

 A Rosary for Susan will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at the Brown Page Mortuary Chapel.  A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.  Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.  

Pallbearers who will serve are Melody Romero, Alfredo Villalobos, Susan Johnson, Jose Sotelo, Joseph Johnson, Melissa Hafley, Melissa Johnson and Jon Hutchens.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert Hernandez,   Joey Hernandez, George L. Smith, Billy Hernandez and Eyes Gomez.
