Agents from the Douglas Station arrested three males in separate incidents Tuesday for being in the United States illegally.  All three subjects were identified as citizens of Mexico and all have criminal histories for sex related crimes, according to records retrieved through the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS).

One subject had been convicted for lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14, and has an active warrant from Redwood City, Calif.  Arrangements have been made through the Cochise County Sheriff’s Department for extradition. The other two men are being held for prosecution.  One had been convicted for the rape of a child; the other for sexual battery.

In a separate incident Wednesday, Agents arrested an illegal alien identified by IAFIS as having been convicted of kidnapping.  The subject was held for prosecution.
