Bulldogs go 3-2 at Salpointe tourney
The Douglas Bulldog baseball team saw some young players develop in game situation and picked up some valuable experience playing three teams from out of state while posting a 3-2 record at the Tucson Conquistadores Lancer Baseball Classic last week in Tucson.

Two-time All-American and former Arizona Wildcat Autumn Champion, a member of the 2006 National Championship team, was in Douglas Saturday along with Kylie Cash, who played softball at Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tenn. putting on a softball clinic for 32 young ladies from the local softball league.

Lady Bulldogs beat Pueblo in suspended game
The Douglas Lady Bulldogs were back in Tucson March 15 to finish a game with Pueblo that had been stopped in the first inning the previous week by rain.
