April 17-18


DOUGLAS

Wanted Person: On 04/17/10 at approximately 0038 hours, Francisco Montoya was arrested for two outstanding misdemeanor warrants. The first warrant out of Douglas Police Department for Failure to Appear. The second warrant out of Douglas Police Department for Failure to Appear.

Drugs: On 04/16/10 at approximately 2300 hours, Miguel Rascon was in possession of a clear sandwich baggie with a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, 20 grams. This incident occurred during a traffic stop on Palm Avenue and Camino Peral in Pirtleville, AZ.

ELFRIDA

Agency Assist: On 041810 at 1530 hours, Deputies observed a male subject near the Produce Wagon on 191. Deputies made contact with the subject and discovered he was a UDA. Border Patrol was contacted and the subject was taken to the checkpoint on Highway 191 and turned over to them.

April 19

DOUGLAS

Wanted Person: On 4-19-10 at approximately 0859 hours, Jesus Roberto Marquez was arrested at the Douglas Border Patrol station on a valid warrant out of Graham County, AZ. The warrant was for assault. The warrant was confirmed and Jesus was transported and booked into Bisbee detention.

Drugs: On 4-19-10 at approximately 0800 hours, Carlos Alberto Perez was found to be in possession of, what he admitted to be, 1 marijuana cigarette. The total weight of the marijuana was .8 grams. Carlos was cited and released.

April 20

DOUGLAS

Wanted Person: On 4-20-10 at approximately 1215 hours, Ernesto Valentine Ibarra was arrested on Fir AVE Pirtleville, AZ in regards to a valid felony warrant for his arrest from Cochise County, AZ.

April 21

DOUGLAS

Wanted Person: On 04/22/10 at approximately 0316 hrs, Jorge E. Morales-Zea was arrested at the U.S. Border Patrol Station in Douglas, Az., for a misdemeanor warrant out of Cochise County S.O. JP4 for Failure to Appear and a bond of $1,704.80.

Wanted Person: On 4-21-10 at approximately 1107 hours, Manuel Cruz Tapia was arrested on Grace AVE Pirtleville, AZ for 2 confirmed warrants. Manuel was transported and booked into Bisbee Detention.

DV: On 04/21/10 at approximately 2053 hrs, Marlene Madrid committed DV/Assault and Dv/Disorderly by kicking her mother in the chest and fighting with her father after an argument about her children. This occurred at their residence of 2620 N. Douglas Ave. in Pirtleville, Az.

Drugs: On 04/21/2010, Andres Fimbres (DOB 04/14/1985) was arrested (cited and released) for possession of marijuana (approx 11.2 grams). This occurred during a traffic stop on the N Douglas Ave; 2100 Block, Pirtleville, AZ.

April 22

ELFRIDA

Agency Assist: On 042210 at 1732 hours, Deputies stopped a 26 foot U-Haul Truck for driving erratically at mile post 15 on Davis Road. After stopping, the driver and passenger bailed from the vehicle. Additional Deputies responded to assist with an inspection of the vehicle when it was discovered that sixty-seven (67) illegal immigrants were in the back. All subjects and the vehicle were turned over to Border Patrol.
