DOUGLAS

Criminal Damage: Between 1830 hours on 7-22-10 and 1830 hours on 7-23-10, an unknown person scratched the passengers side of a black 2005 F150. The incident occurred at the registered owner’s place of employment, Cochise College in Douglas Az. The damage was estimated at $500.00.

ELFRIDA

Drugs: On 072710 at 0136 Charles Claude Raber was found in possession of a white powder substance believed to be cocaine which was wrapped in three separate, small, clear plastic baggies. This incident occurred on a traffic stop behind the McNeal Post Office. The substance tested presumptive positive for cocaine with a field test kit. Raber was taken into custody for possession of narcotics.

DOUGLAS

Burglary: Between 7-5-10 and 7-26-20 unknown hours, unknown suspect(s) committed theft by taking 4 rings from a jewelry box in the master bedroom of a residence on N Beki Ln.

ELFRIDA

Drugs: On 072710 at 10:20 hours, Jerry and Wilma Sparks were found to be cultivating marijuana in a garden located on their property on Sparks Rd in Sunizona. Wilma was also in possession of drug paraphernalia. Jerry was arrested on a probation violation and Wilma was arrested on drug charges.

Vandalism: On 072710 at 1358, a man reported that the Tucson Association Astronomy Facility which is located in Turkey Creek had been vandalized. The sign for the facility had been spray-painted and damaged with rocks. Damage estimated at $150.

July 28, 2010

DOUGLAS

Wanted Person: On 07/28/2010 at 1323 hours Pablo Gomez was arrested on a valid misdemeanor warrant from Douglas PD. Gomez was stopped for a traffic violation at the Pueblo Nuevo Mini Market located at 2032 N Douglas Ave in Pirtleville AZ. Gomez was taken into custody without incident.

Drugs: On 07/28/2010, Francisco Manuel Mazon (01/30/1978) was cited and released for possession of marijuana as he was smoking a cigarette containing marijuana. This occurred outside a residence located on N A Ave, Douglas, AZ.
