August 18


DOUGLAS

Drugs: On 8-18-10, Adrian Valenzuela-Aisturo and Luis Carlos Cevallos-Martinez both undocumented aliens were arrested after a traffic stop was conducted and two double stack bundles were discovered in the trunk of a 1992 Oldsmobile 4DSD. This occurred at Highway 191 and Grace Ave located in Douglas, AZ.

Drugs: On 08/18/10 at approximately 1302 hours, a green leafy plant believed to be a marijuana plant was discovered in a soup pot at the south end desert field of Cougar Place in Douglas, AZ.

August 19

DOUGLAS

Agency Assist: On 08/19/2010, Michael Ramer (02/01/1953) was arrested on W Hill Rd, McNeal, AZ as he had a valid Federal warrant, issued by United States Postal Inspection Service. The warrant was issued for Wire Fraud. He was transported and booked into CCSO Detention for a courtesy hold.

Traffic Acc: On 08/19/2010 at approx 0803 hrs, Maribel Garcia, driving 1997 Ford F150, backed into 1996 Ford Mustang, driven by Ivone Madrid, as she was backing out of her driveway. This occurred at the 700 Block of W Palm Ave, Pirtleville. No one was cited.

ELFRIDA

Criminal Damage: On 081910 at 1900 hours, Deputies were patrolling in the area of Saulsberry Trl in Turkey Creek and noticed two windows broken out of a residence. Investigation continues.

Burglary: On 081910 at 1700 hours, a man reported that a cabin on Saulsberry Trl in Turkey Creek had been broken into sometime in the past week. Two windows were broken out and some food items taken. Investigation continues. (Near the Criminal Damage previously listed)

August 21-22

DOUGLAS

Wanted Person: On 08/20/2010, Joshua Castillo 05/16/1984, a United States Citizen, was arrested at the US Border Patrol Station, Douglas, as he had a valid felony warrant out of Weld Co SO, Greely, Colorado. He was transported and booked into CCSO Detention, Bisbee as a fugitive from justice.

Wanted Person: On 8-20-10, Ramon Zepeda was arrested at the Douglas Port of Entry on a valid misdemeanor warrant out of Douglas JP#2 for failure to appear on original charges of disorderly conduct.

Wanted Person: On 8-21-10 at 1150 hours, Teodore C Montano was arrested on W. Fir Ave, Pirtleville, AZ for a Felony warrant for Failure to appear at an Early Resolution Court hearing and a Misdemeanor warrant for Failure to Pay.

Wanted Person: On 8-21-10 at 1235 hours, Hal Franklin Herbaria was arrested on W. Prince Rd, McNeal, AZ on a Misdemeanor warrant for Failure to complete screening/counseling and a Misdemeanor warrant for Failure to Pay.

Wanted Person: On 8-21-10 at 1320 hours, Francisco Rivera Maldonado was arrested on N. County Hospital Rd, Douglas, AZ on a Misdemeanor warrant for Failure to Pay.

Wanted Person: On 8-21-10 at 1416 hours, Guadalupe Omar Padilla was arrested at Chevron, 16th St, Douglas, AZ on a Misdemeanor warrant for Failure to Pay.

Wanted Person: On 08/21/2010 at 1546 hours Manuel Ricardo Sanchez was arrested on a valid misdemeanor warrant at his residence located on W Grace Ave in Pirtleville AZ. Sanchez was arrested and transported to CCSO Bisbee jail without incident.

ELFRIDA

Burglary: On 082210 at 1023 hours, a woman reported a past-occurred burglary on E. Turkey Creek Rd. Food items are the only things missing at this time.

Theft: On 082210 at 2127 hours, Deputies responded to W Corral Ln in Elfrida for a theft of a bicycle. The resident reported that a NEXT, green in color was taken from the residence. Investigation continues.

August 23

ELFRIDA

Recovered Stolen: On 082310 at 1720 hours, Deputies were investigating the theft of a bicycle earlier from N Cypress Place and talked with several subjects in the area. In the process, recovered the bicycle along with another one that had been stolen in May.
