November 6-7


DOUGLAS

Theft: On 11-06-10 Beatriz Robeson was arrested for theft and obstructing governmental operations, also arrested(cite&release) were her brother, Bernardo Robeson, for criminal trespass, theft, and underage consumption, and their sister, Karla Altamirano, for underage consumption and obstructing governmental

operations. This incident took place on Dahlia St. in Douglas,Az 85607.

Theft: On 11/06/2010 it was discovered a pair of homemade gold nugget earrings were stolen from a jewelry box at the residence located on N Lee Station Rd in Douglas AZ. The earrings were valued at $2500.00 by the owner. Also taken were 7 to 10 random prescriptions, a RCA MP3 Player with headphones stolen sometime in the past month.

ELFRIDA

Theft: On 110710 a man reported that unknown subject(s) unlawfully entered his property and removed a large amount of well pipe, casing, and a gear box. The fence to the property was also damaged to make entry. The property where the items were taken from is located near Thunder Rd and Pig Trl in Cochise. Investigation continues.

Vehicle Theft: On 110710 between 2330 and 0300, a 2004, Silver, Ford Explorer was taken from milepost 2 on S Kansas Settlement Rd. The vehicle had broken down and on 110710 at 0300 hours, when the owner returned to retrieve the vehicle and it was missing. Tow companies have been consulted with negative results. The vehicle has been entered ACIC/NCIC.

Burglary: On 110610, an man reported that unknown subject(s) unlawfully entered a travel trailer that belongs to him and took a jewelry box and a rifle replica. The trailer was parked at a residence on Pete Kitchens Rd in Sunizona. Investigation continues.

Domestic: On 110510 at 0127 hours, Deputies were called to N Mormon Rd in Elfrida by a woman who stated her grandson; Brandon Lawson had a gun and was making threats to shoot anyone who came near him. When Deputies arrived, Brandon was asleep but had done extensive damage in the residence. The gun, .25 Raven Arms without magazine or ammunition was located beside Brandon. Brandon was taken into custody and charged with DV/threatening and criminal damage.

November 8

DOUGLAS

Wanted Person: On 11/08/2010, Francisco Javier Saavedra (12/03/1985), an undocumented alien, was arrested at the United States Border Patrol Station, Douglas, AZ on a valid felony warrant out of Maricopa County Superior Court, failure to appear. He was arrested and transported to CCSO Detention, Bisbee.

ELFRIDA

Trespassing/Criminal Damage: On 110810 at 1210, a man reported that unknown subject(s) entered his land by cutting the chain on his gate. They then drove through his property which is clearly marked with “no trespassing” signs, cut the chain at another gate near his home and exited the area via Hwy 181. This occurred in the 11000 block of S Highway 181.

November 9

DOUGLAS

Theft-Auto: Between 10/15/10 at approximately 1200 hours and 11/09/10 at approximately 1200 hours, unknown person or persons took a blue 1975 Dodge 3/4 ton pickup, unknown license plate. This incident occurred on Cipriano Road in Douglas, AZ.

ELFRIDA

Assault: On 110910 at approximately 1958 hours, a 26 yoa male subject was assaulted by an unknown white male at the Apache Lair, on S Highway 191 in Sunizona. Victim was struck in the head multiple times by an object believed to be a hammer. The victim was transported to NCCH by Sunsites Medics. All of the people involved were extremely uncooperative. Investigation continues. Note: The victim was expected to be released from the hospital late on 10-09-2010.

Domestic: On 110910 at 1232 hours, a woman and her 26 yoa husband were involved in a verbal domestic. The husband his wife’s front windshield out of her vehicle. The woman stated that when she started to drive to her residence from the mail box her husband ran in front of her and she hit him with the vehicle. The husband was not injured and he fled the area prior to Deputies arrival.

November 10-11

DOUGLAS

Wanted Person: On 11-11-10, George Dancy was arrested on Louis Ave located in Douglas, AZ on a valid misdemeanor warrant out of Douglas JP#2 for failure to pay fines on original charges of Domestic Violence/Disorderly Conduct.

Wanted Person: On 11-11-10, Jerry Del Rio was arrested while in custody at the CCSO Detention Center located in Bisbee, AZ. After revealing he had a valid warrant for probation violation.

DV: On 11/11/10 at approximately 0330 hrs, Irma McLaughlin committed DV/Criminal Damage, DV/Disorderly and Simple Assault by throwing her boyfriend's cell phone and breaking it while in an argument with him. In addition, she scratched the upper arm of a friend causing minor injury. This occurred at the residence on N.

Camino Pinon in Pirtleville, Az.

Disorderly: On 11/10/10 at approximately 1145 hours, Martin Martinez engaged in disorderly conduct when he walked to his neighbor's house and yelled profanities at him. While Martinez was standing outside the chain linked perimeter fence of the residence, he threw a 2x4 onto the house. This incident occurred on N. Udall Street in Pirtleville, AZ.

ELFRIDA

Warrant Arrest: On 111110 at 2134 hours, Albert Garza was stopped on Davis Rd for traveling 76 in a 55. Garza had an outstanding warrant out Pima County. Garza was taken into custody without incident.

Walk away: On 111110 at 2245 hours, a male juvenile walked away from the Vision Quest Facility in Elfrida. The juvenile was later located at Jefferson Rd & Union Pl and returned to the facility.
