Rabies Vaccination Clinic

One more time, the High Desert Veterinary Service in Coordination with the City of Douglas Police



Department and Animal Control held a vaccination clinic on Saturday, February 26, starting at 8

a.m. Over 70 pet owners took their dog or cat to receive the vaccination in hands of Dr. Michael

S. John. In the picture, Dr. John inoculates “Nike” a Chocolate Labrador. Owner Michael Ortega,

former Cochise County administrator, calms down Nike during the vaccination process. High

Desert Veterinary Service and Douglas Animal Control reminds the community the next

Vaccination Clinic to be held on March 26, 2011.
