9:01 a.m. A Douglas man, 18, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, planning/supervising stolen property trafficking, failure to appear 2^nd degree and shoplifting – removing goods without payment.
7:00 p.m. A Douglas man, 48, was charged with DUI - .10 or more alcohol concentrate.
March 5
1:53 a.m. A Douglas woman, 52, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.
10:46 a.m. An Elfrida man, 21, was charged with threatening to cause physical injury or property damage and criminal damage/domestic violence.
11:20 a.m. A Douglas man, 25, was charged with possession/use of drug paraphernalia, possession/use of marijuana and possession of marijuana for sale.
1:00 p.m. A Douglas woman, 26, was charged with resisting arrest – use/threaten physical force, failure to appear 2nd degree and failure to pay fine.
4:48 p.m. A Willcox man, 26, was charged with recklessly handling/discharging weapon, making unreasonable noise, place in apprehension of physical injury, fighting/disruptive behavior, burglary 1^st degree, endangerment – intimidating/stalking, prohibited possessor possessing weapon, threatening to cause serious public inconvenience, altering/removing physical evidence, threatening to cause physical injury or property damage, resisting arrest – use/threaten physical force, resisting arrest – means to cause injury, trespassing 1^st degree/domestic violence, and two counts of criminal damage/domestic violence.
7:19 p.m. A Douglas man, 21, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding and failure to pay fine.
9:45 p.m. A Douglas woman, 36, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

3:35 a.m. Two Douglas man, 18 and 20, were charged with possessing spirituous liquor under 21.
2:12 p.m. A McNeal man, 35, was charged with a fugitive/governor’s warrant.
3:21 p.m. A Cananea, MX woman, 26, was charged with neglect or abuse of a minor.
8:25 p.m. A Douglas man, 27, was charged with violation of promise to appear.
11:30 p.m. Two Pirtleville female juveniles, both 11, were charged with incorrigible juvenile. They were released.
