Ramon Hernandez knows that keeping everyone’s car clean is an important subject in Douglas. And it is because the importance of the subject that Hernandez decided to contribute. On February 4 he opened Damian’s Car Wash and specialized in Car Wash Detailing for the comfort of his customers.

Hernandez started washing cars as a hobby, but later on, he realized that he could do more to improve his service and he realized he needed to get serious into business. “I realize that I just needed a secure space in order to be able to work more seriously and do my job better.”

Finally he found a space to rent at 401 G. Avenue and for him and his customers Damian’s Car Wash is now a reality.

Damian’s Car Wash offers special detail services to all types of cars, including carpet cleaning, seat washing, control panels, and even the car lights.

Since Damian’s Car Wash still is under construction, future plans includes to have more people hired and to include in the service a tire shop. “People will find an all-in-one service pretty soon” said Hernandez. Today, Hernandez is helped by workers Ramon Cisneros and Jose Acosta.

Damian’s Car Wash business days are Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
