" Walmart would be a better store if it werent for all the employees there that have their nails a little long and think they are Kris Angel by making things disappear from the store. I serioulsy suggest they get rid of alot of employees and maybe audit them. "

" YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING VERY EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO TAKE EXTENSIVE COUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES. YOU ASK AN EMPLOYEE FOR A CERTAIN PRODUCT AND THEY ALWAYS SAY I DON'T KNOW BUT THEY WON'T MAKE AN EFFORT TO HELP YOU FIND IT. THEY SIMPLY JUST WALK AWAY. "

" Clearly someone made a mistake. Excellent customer service? Did they ask the actual customers? I would never call it excellent when employees ignore customers or don't know where anything is when asked. I love the most common thing I hear, "that's not my department" then get someone from that department for the customer. "

" Walmart-Merchant of Shame wins honor from the Chamber of Commerce in Douglas!
Let's see; -they discriminate against women; approximately 60% of their employees live below the poverty level and receive no benefits including health care, therefore, needing government subsidies to exist (one of many poor working condition issues faced by employees); there store locations have decimated small local business - especially in small communities like Douglas; this great American company buys a large portion of its good from Third World countries' sweat shops that exploit children; and this is just the tip of the iceberg for the destruction this company has wrought. Whatever small town charm Douglas may have is immediately lost once viewing that ugly box store.
But its' a fine Christian run store whose founders, the Waltons, are among the richest in the world.
Oh, but they gave back to Douglas a miniscule amount of money so they are business of the year. Time to open up a Sam's club on 10th and G. "
