" Classy, classy, classy! These young people look very sharp and obviously proud of their appearance. To the parents, a HUGE pat on your back for obviously teaching your sons & daughters about the importance of dressing appropriately.

The prom was very nice, well attended, and very orderly. Everyone had a great time! (good job juniors & sponsors!)

To the prom royalty, congratulations to you all. "

" I agree with the two comments regarding the appearance of the young ladies. The young men look very handsome. Totally all-around glamor and elegance!! Glad to hear so many students turned out for prom; glad to hear they utilized the gym....just like the good old days. Great picture Patricia Maldonado! "

" Wow!!! The last formal dance photo posted in the dispatch was a joke and the girls where hardly dressed at all. I have to say this group looks fantastic! That is how you dress for a formal event! Very Impressed! "

" What beautiful young people! Dressed so nicely and having their prom in their high school gym. Makes me happy to see nice kids from my old high school. The girls look glamorous and not dressed cheaply like you see at other schools. Great job Douglas High School. "
