Garcia was cited and released. Montelongo, John, 49, was arrested at 1600 Dolores ave for driving on a suspended license. Montelongo was cited and released. Limon, Cesar, 18, was arrested for domestic violence at 900 Blk of 22nd St. Limon was transported to Cochise County jail. Mccarthy, Randal, 18, and Samnuelson, Bryce, 18, were arrested at Wal-Mart for shoplifting. Both subjects were cited and released. Botello, Frank, 26, was arrested at 1400 19th St for driving on a suspended license. Botello was cited and released. Dancy, George, 67, was arrested at 1900 Tompkins for an outstanding warrant out of DPD for FTP/DV disorderly conduct. Dancy was transported to Cochise County jail. Sept 3rd, 2011 David Patchett, 22, was arrested at the 1500 block of Dolores Ave for driving under the influence and reckless driving. Patchett was cited and released. David Acosta, 30, was arrested at 1201 19th St for a warrant out of the Douglas Police Dept. Acosta was taken to Bisbee. Luis Carlos Galaz, 31, was arrested at 1201 19th st for a warrant out of the Douglas Police Dept. Galaz was taken to Bisbee. Hector Javier Solis, 25, was arrested at the 500 block of 4th St for driving on a suspended license. Solis was cited and released. Flores, Perla, 19, was arrested for two warrants out of DPD for failure to complete counseling/screening for underage consumption. Flores was transported to Cochise county jail. Luna, Raymond, 23, was arrested for criminal damage and disorderly conduct at border motel. Luna was cited and released. Jimenez, Maria Ibarra, 37, was arrested at the U.S. Port of Entry for a felony warrant out of Maricopa for probation violation/possession of narcotics. Jimenez was transported to Cochise County jail. 16 year old male juvenile was detained for trespassing at Subway Restaurant. He was cited and released. Cisneros was cited and released. Lozania, Julio Cesar, 25, was arrested at dpd for an outstanding warrant for ftp/expired foreign registration. Lozania posted bond and was released. Sept 9th, 2011 Sammy Soqui, 23, was arrested for domestic violence that occurred at 2300 Blk of 10th St. Soqui was later arrested and taken to Bisbee. Marisela Ochoa Silva, 45, was arrested at Wal-Mart for shoplifting. Silva was cited and released. Leta Lopez, 35, was arrested at the Douglas port of entry for driving on a suspended license. Lopez was cited and released. James Burns, 52, was arrested at burger shack for driving under the influence. Burns was cited and released. 17 year old male juvenile was arrested at the 1800 block of laura ave for reckless driving. He was cited and released. A traffic accident was reported at Burger Shack stemming from the dui arrest. A stolen vehicle was recovered at Wal-Mart. Found property was reported at 19th St & Estrella Ave. Criminal damage/graffiti was reported at Clawson Elementary. An information report was taken at the Douglas High School. Male juvenile was transported to Sierra Vista detention center and female juvenile was cited and released to mother.
