Supreme Court denies Douglas rancher's petition

Wick News Service BISBEE — The U.S. Supreme Court last week denied a petition by Douglas rancher Roger Barnett seeking to reverse a February 2009 jury verdict in a civil case in Tucson in which he was accused of detaining a group of illegal immigrants at gunpoint in March of 2004.
