November 14, 2011 Christopher Andrew Alvarado, 34, was arrested at 2000 block 5th Street for dv/disorderly conduct and on a warrant out of DPD for failure to pay on original charges for possession of drug paraphernalia. Alvarado was transported to the Cochise County Jail. Tania Escalante, 30, was arrested at Walmart for shoplifting. Escalante was cited and released. A minor vehicle accident was reported at 1100 block of 16th street. A report of a deceased person was reported at 1400 block of E Avenue. Criminal damage/broken window to a vehicle was reported at 2100 block Hohokam drive. A theft of a jacket was reported at 1200 block of 18th street. November 15, 2011 Noe Arvayo, 19, was arrested at the 1500 block Van Buren Ave for dosl. Arvayo was cited and released. Bernardo Estrada, 39, was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart. Criminal damage/graffiti was reported at the 8th street park by the racquetball court. November 16, 2011 Jesus Andy Durazo, 57, was arrested at the Chiricahua clinic for violation of a court order. Durazo was transported to the Cochise County jail. Luis Adan Hernandez, 24, was arrested at the US POE on a warrant out of Douglas Police Dept for ftp on original charges for dosl. Hernandez was released after posting bond. A 14 year old male juvenile was arrested at 2100 block of 11th street for dv/disorderly conduct, dv/assault, and dv/criminal damage. The juvenile was cited and released to mother. A 16 year old female juvenile was arrested at 700 block of 8th street for disorderly conduct and assault. She was cited and released to grandmother. A vehicle accident with injuries was reported at 16th St & Pan American Avenue. A minor vehicle accident with no injuries was reported at 1850 5th street. A minor vehicle accident with no injuries was reported at the Walmart area. Criminal damage/graffiti was reported at the 8th street park by the racquetball courts. A theft was reported at 2600 block of 6th street. November 17, 2011 17 year old male juvenile was arrested at DHS (1500 15th St) for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was transported to the juvenile probation office and was released to probation officer Soltero. A theft of beer was reported at the Chevron Gas Station (101 16th street). Found property was reported at 10th St & Washington Avenue. Criminal damage/graffiti was reported at Ray Borane Middle School. November 18, 2011 Report of fraud was taken at 1800 block of 2nd street. Report of a theft was taken at 800 block of 19th street. Report of a traffic violation was taken at the United States Port of Entry. Report for property damage was taken at 1800 block of Apache Dr. November 19, 2011 Julie Lee Towner, 33, was arrested at the Douglas Port of Entry for an outstanding warrant out of the state of Louisiana. Subject Towner was transported to Cochise County jail. Raymond Conolly, 23, was arrested at 600 block of G Avenue for shoplifting. Subject Conolly, was cited and released. Eugene Mingus, 64, was arrested at 18th street and E Avenue for driving under the influence. Subject Mingus was cited and released. Maria Angeles Diaz, 32, was arrested at 1700 Sulphur Springs street for driving under the influence. Subject Diaz was cited and released. Galindo was transported to the Cochise County jail. Carlos Adrian Galaz, 31, was arrested at the US Port of Entry on two warrants. One was out of the Douglas Police Dept for ftp for minor in possession of alcohol and the second warrant was out of Graham CO SO Safford for dui. Galaz was transported to the Cochise county jail. Raul Morales Valencia, 45, was arrested at the us port of entry on a warrant out of CCSO for fta on original charges for transporting narcotic drugs for sale and for possession of drug paraphernalia.
