The Douglas Police Department would like to remind all drivers that school in back in session. Posted speed limits within the school zones are 15 miles per hour and all vehicles must stop when the children are in the crosswalks.

School might be on break but fun is always available at the Douglas Recreation Center. During the weeks of December 26-30 and January 2-6 the Winter Break Camp offered lots of fun activities, such as assorted games, arts and crafts, outdoor activities and movie times to kids from 5-12 years old.
