Dear Editor:

My name is Angelica “Angie” Villareal most of the community knows me as the local real estate agent in Douglas for over 10 years but as with changes in the real estate market I made the tough decision to look for other employment opportunities. I had the pleasure working for the City of Douglas as there Housing Manager, Casas De Esperanza and Pioneer Village. I am very grateful for the opportunity, I gained wonderful experience and contacts that as a community person that I am will take with me where ever I go.

In November 2011 I began working at Advance Center Technologies, (A.C.T) Call Center as an agent, I saw the potential of working at (A.C.T) Call Center as a large company with opportunities for advancement and growth and within 90 days I was given the opportunity to work as ACT New Recruiter.

ACT was initially founded on December 1996 in Atlanta Georgia. The company initially began with 10 employees and now has over 3200 associates in six U.S. operation contact centers around the U.S.

The Call Center in Douglas opened on December 2007 and has four different divisions inside its local operation, one for in-bound calls, outbound calls, door to door sales and retail store customer service. A.C.T. is a performance driver of contact center and back office support services.

My goal as the new recruiter is to educate the community as well as recruit candidates for employment. Advanced Call Center Technologies is hiring individuals for full-time Customer Service Representatives. These positions are YEAR ROUND, NOT SEASONAL. We are seeking individuals that are at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or G.E.D and who possess a strong Work Ethic, Positive Attitude, and a Willingness to Succeed. In addition to earning Cash Bonuses, agents who are dependable, goal oriented and take pride in their work will qualify for advancement opportunities in this fun, professional office environment. If people are interested in working with us, please contact the Advanced Call Center Technologies, 1701 E. 10th St by calling (520) 417-7900 or apply online at www.acttoday.com

Sincerely,

Angelica “Angie” Villareal

ACT Recruiter
