January 3, 2012

Iniguez, David, 51, was arrested at 13th St and A Ave for driving on a suspended license. Iniguez was cited and released.

A 16 year old female juvenile was detained at juvenile probation office and transported to the Sierra Vista detention center for being a runaway out of Douglas.

Vehicle accident was reported at 800 block of 9th St.

1992 ford truck was impounded for safekeeping at the US Port of Entry.

January 4, 2012

Arguelles, Esteban, 28, was arrested at 14th St and Washington Ave for driving on a suspended license and for possession of marijuana. Arguelles was cited and released.

Roman, Adrian German, 28, was arrested for 6th St and E Ave for an outstanding warrant out of CCSO for failure to pay. Roman was transported to county jail.

Moreno, Jose Pedro, 57, was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of CCSO at 600 7th St. Moreno was transported to county jail

A 17 year old female was detained for dv/assault and disorderly conduct at 1800 block of 21st St. Juvenile was cited and released.

Vehicle hit and run accident was reported at 400 block of 8th St.

Report was taken for fraud at 400 block of 10th St. Unknown person is using a social security number that was issued for a different business license.

Report for criminal damage was taken at 900 block of 10th St after unknown person slashed vehicle tire.

Report was taken at 10th st park for graffiti to the men's restroom.

January 5, 2012

Acosta, Ramon, 32, was arrested at the US Port of Entry for an outstanding warrant out of the US marshals for probation violation on possession of marijuana. Acosta was transported to Cochise County jail.

Zubiate, Raul, 25, was arrested for unlicensed driver at 600 10th St. Zubiate was cited and released.

Nevarez, Iveth, 24, was arrested at Wal-Mart for shoplifting. Nevarez was cited and released to border patrol. Her mother, Bustamante, Esthela, 52, was also arrested for shoplifting. Bustamante was cited and released.

Amaya, Reynaldo, 28, was arrested at 6th St and G Ave for dv/disorderly conduct. Amaya was transported to Cochise County Jail.

Hurtado, Yesenia, 19, was arrested at the us port of entry for an outstanding felony warrant out of Pima County for probation violation on possession of marijuana. Hurtado was transported to Cochise County Jail.

Garcia, Ivan Alonso, 30, was arrested at the US Port of Entry for out outstanding warrant out of Cochise County for violation of court order. Garcia was transported to Cochise County jail

Dorame, Frank Gerald, 47, was arrested at 1400 block of 8th St for dv/disorderly. Dorame was transported to Cochise county jail.

A 15 year old male juvenile was detained at the 15th St park for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released to father.

Report was taken at 1900 block of 11th St for fraud involving a Wal-Mart credit card.

January 6, 2012

Andres Casillas, 35, was arrested on Hwy 80 and Hwy 191 for possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, transportation for sale. Subject Casillas was transported to Cochise County jail. Two juveniles were also arrested along with Casillas.

Maria Ana Gutierrez, 82, was arrested at 5th street and chino rd for driving on a suspended license. Subject Gutierrez was cited and released.

Report of a non-injury vehicle accident was taken on 5th Street & Chiricahua Ave.

Report for found property was taken at 1500 block of San Antonio Ave.

Report of a theft was taken at 1800 block of Bonita Ave.

Report for criminal damage was taken at 14th Street & C Ave.

Report for information was taken at 2000 block of C Ave.

Georgina Fernanda Monsalvo, 19, was arrested at 1000 Chino Rd for driving on a suspended license. Subject Monsalvo was cited and released.

Joshua Lane Barraza, 33, was arrested at 199 W 5th Street for shoplifting. Subject Barraza was transported to Cochise County jail.

Danny Moran, 20, was arrested at 1800 Carmelita Ave for assault. Subject Moran was transported to cochise county jail.

Report for curfew violation was taken on 11th Street & Bonita Ave.

Report for criminal damage was taken at 111 16th Street.

Report for a traffic violation was taken at 1 Pan American Ave.

Report for criminal damage was taken at 15th Street park.

Flores, Jesse Armando, 28, was arrested at 800 E Ave for driving on a suspended license. Flores was cited and released.

A 17 year old female was detained at Wal-Mart for shoplifting. She was cited and released to a guardian.

Criminal damage report to a chain link fence was reported at 1900 block of 6th St.
