Feb. 5

A Douglas man, 25, was charged with murder second degree — intentional, recklessly handling/discharging a weapon, aggravated assault/domestic violence and disorderly conduct/domestic violence.

Feb. 6

An Agua Prieta, MX man, 36, was charged with possession/use of marijuana. He was released.

A Douglas female juvenile, 12, was charged with domestic violence. She was released.

An Agua Prieta, MX man, 20, was charged with interfering with a judicial proceeding.

Feb. 7

A Douglas man, 18, was charged with trespassing — nonresidential structure/fenced yard, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and two counts of shoplifting — remove goods without payment.

Feb. 8

A foam football containing a 9mm bullet and 3 syringes was found by DOC inmates on W. Irvine Ave. in Pirtleville.

A 21 year old was arrested for driving on a Suspended Arizona Driver’s License in Douglas. His vehicle was impounded for 30 days.

Feb. 9

A 38 year old woman was cited for driving her vehicle in excess of 86 mph on Hwy 191 in Elfrida.
