Nurse Practitioner joins Douglas Clinic Submitted ArticleNurse Practitioner Christina Gorff, RN, joined Copper Queen Medical Associates (CQMA) at the Douglas Rural Health Clinic on February 7, 2012. Gorff received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from the University of Birmingham, Alabama and is licensed as a family nurse practitioner. She has experience in pain management and women’s health issues. A member of the United States Army Reserve, she was previously employed by the United States Department of the Army at the Baumholder Army Health Clinic in Germany. In 2010 she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. Gorff joins a growing team of dedicated health professionals at the Douglas Rural Health Clinic. The clinic is expanding to increase the number of exam rooms and staff to meet the needs of the Douglas community. Copper Queen Medical Associates, with Rural Health Clinics in Bisbee, Douglas and Palominas-Hereford, is a division of Copper Queen Community Hospital (CQCH).
