DPD Reports January 12, 2012 Duran, Luis Carlos, 26, was arrested for aggravated assault with a knife at 1800 block of Bonita Ave, Coronado Courts, 15 year old male juvenile was charged for facilitation on aggravated assault and both were transported to Cochise county jail. (Juvenile name not being released until the court accepts that he is going to be tried as an adult) Laprada, Ismael, 23, was arrested at 1000 16th St for possession of marijuana. Laprada was cited and released. Vehicle accident was reported at 50 block of 16th St. when a vehicle struck a Javelina. Vehicle sustained damage and the Javelina survived the accident. Information report was taken at 800 block of international after a male subject was hit with a rock that was thrown by unknown person in Mexico. Report was taken for fraud at 400 block of Elizabeth Avenue after unknown person is using the victims credit card. January 13, 2012 Gloria Olivarria, 45, was arrested at Wal-Mart for shoplifting. Olivarria was cited and released. 14 year old male juvenile was arrested at the Douglas high school for aggravated criminal damage/ graffiti that occurred at Joe Carlson elementary. Arvizu was cited and released to a parent. A vehicle crash was reported at 1807 10th St (Shell Gas Station). A vehicle crash was reported at the Douglas Municipal Airport. Criminal damage to a vehicle was reported at the Coronado Courts. Unknown person broke a window to a vehicle in the area. Theft from a vehicle was reported at 1800 Estrella Ave. An information report (assault) was taken at Joe Carlson elementary school. A stolen vehicle from the Tucson Police Dept. was recovered at 15th St & C Ave. Domestic violence was reported at 1400 block of Harrison Ave. An information report was taken at 425 10th St. (City Hall). January 14, 2012 Karina Montes de Oca, 23, was arrested at 400 block of 17th street for dv/criminal damage, dv/assault, and dv/disorderly conduct. Montes de Oca was taken to Bisbee. A traffic crash was reported at 16th St & Pan American Ave. A vehicle was towed from the 1500 block of Washington Ave for an unlicensed driver. A burglary and aggravated assault was reported at 1600 block of 23rd St. An information report was taken at Wal-Mart. January 15, 2012 Vasquez, Ruben, 23, was arrested at 2000 15th St for dui. Vasquez was cited and released. Arias, Irma, 30, was arrested at the us port of entry for an outstanding warrant out of Bisbee PD for fta/dosl. Arias posted bond and was released. Garcia, Alfonso Raul, 18, was arrested at Wal-Mart for shoplifting. Garcia was cited and released. Two juveniles were cited and released to parents for underage consumption at 8th St and Monroe Ave. January 16, 2012 Rios, Jose, 52, was arrested at 2500 block of 7th St for dv/disorderly conduct and was transported to Cochise County Jail. Torres, Isabel, 41, was arrested at the US Port of Entry for an outstanding warrant out of DPS. Torres was transported to Cochise County jail. Criminal damage to building was reported at 633 9th St. Graffiti was reported at 95 5th St. Theft of shoes was reported at 1017 G Ave. January 17, 2012 Amaya, Reynaldo, 28, was arrested for dv/threatening-intimidating and dv/ stalking. Amaya was transported to Cochise County jail. Maybe, Antonio, 24, was arrested at 100 1st St for driving on a suspended license. Maybe was cited and released. Information report was taken in the Douglas area. Criminal damage to vehicle was reported at 1000 bock of 18th St. Graffiti was reported at the men's restroom to the 3rd St park. January 18, 2012 Avila, Francisco Rafael, 22, was arrested at mile marker 1 on Leslie Canyon Rd for possession/transport/sale of marijuana. Avila was transported to Cochise County jail. Acosta, Karina Bermudez, 35, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Acosta was cited and released. Martinez, Tanya, 25, was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of DPD for dosl. Martinez was transported to Cochise county jail. Yepson, Aileen Marie, 22, was arrested at the US Port of Entry for dosl. Yepson was cited and released. An 11 year old and a 13 year old (sisters) were cited and released for dv/assault, disorderly and criminal damage. Both sisters were separated and released to the guardian and an aunt. Report was taken for information on a possible shoplifting at Wal-mart. Suspect was seen at WalMart after taking items on a different day. January 19, 2012 Lucero Marquez, Rodolfo, 32, of Mexico was arrested at 6th and Monroe for possession / sale / transport of marijuana. Lucero was transported to Cochise county jail. Lucero was found in the desert area with a package of marijuana. Two juveniles were cited and released at Douglas High School for disorderly conduct. Vehicle accident was reported at 5th St and Pan American Ave. A theft of items was reported at 400 block of 7th street.
