DPD Reports January 27, 2012 Pablo Alonso Dominguez, 28, was arrested at the Douglas Port of Entry for a felony warrant from the Douglas police dept. Dominguez posted bond. 16 year old male was arrested at the 1400 block of Dolores Ave for driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released. A theft was reported at 300 block of 5th St. A vehicle was impounded for safekeeping at the Douglas Port of Entry. A report for agency assistance was taken at 600 block of 10th St. February 1, 2012 Patchett, David Israel, 24, was arrested at the call center (1701 E 10th St.) for violation of misconduct with a weapon and possession of dangerous drugs. Patchett was pointing a plastic Taurus air gun (toy gun) at a male subject and was in possession on 10 pills of Clonazepam. Patchett was transported to the Cochise County jail. Arvayo, Noe, 19, was arrested at 1700 blk. A Ave for dosl and for an outstanding warrant out of Douglas PD. Warrant for fta/dosl bond $1142.00. Arvayo was cited for dosl and transported to the Cochise County jail. Covarrubias, Sadrac Emmanuel, 22, was arrested at 2000 block of 11th St. for theft of mail. Covarrubias was cited and released. Cabrera, Andres, 23, was arrested at the US POE for a warrant out of DPS (Benson JP #3). Warrant for no comply, bond $1407.00. Cabrera was transported to the Cochise County jail. Lopez, Dulce Candela, 18, was arrested at Runway Fashions (205 1st St.) for shoplifting and for providing false information to law enforcement. Lopez shoplifted a total of $19.99 and was providing officer with false date of births. Lopez was transported to the Cochise County jail. Ogaz, Dulce, 18, was arrested at Runway Fashions (205 1st St.) for shoplifting and for 2 counts of assault. Ogaz shoplifted a total of $107.96 and assaulted the owners of the business. Ogaz was transported to the Cochise County jail. Moore, Albert Anthony, 29, was arrested at Wal-mart (199 w 5th St.) for shoplifting. Moore was transported to the Cochise County jail. Lafleur, Albert, 44, was arrested at Circle K (730 n F Ave.) for disorderly conduct. Lafleur was intoxicated and was fighting with (David Leon) outside of Circle K. Lafleur was transported to the Cochise County jail. Leon, David, 47, was arrested at Circle K (730 n F Ave.) for disorderly conduct. Leon was intoxicated and was fighting with (Albert Lafleur) outside of Circle K. Leon was transported to the Cochise County jail. An animal cruelty report was taken at the 900 blk. 4th St. February 2, 2012 Barraza, Claudia was arrested at 1347 13th St. for an outstanding warrant out of Douglas PD. Warrant for fta/ possession of marijuana, bond $ 1079.00. Barraza was transported to the Cochise County jail. Garcia, Maribel, 30, was arrested at Wal-Mart (100 w. 5th St.) for shoplifting. Garcia was cited and released on scene. An assault report was taken at the Douglas High School. A trespassing report was taken at 1000 block of 13th St. The person has been residing in what should be a vacant residence since 2010. A found marijuana report was taken at mile marker 377 Hwy 80. February 3, 2012 Lugo, Jacqueline, 18, was arrested for assault at Motel 6. Lugo was cited and released. A report for threatening and intimidating was taken at 205 1st St. Brown, Bill Erick, 32, and Ruiz, Reynaldo, 25, were arrested for disorderly conduct at 16th St and Carmelita ave. Both were cited and released. Perez, Erica Suzanne, 34, was arrested for dosl at 9th and Chino Rd. Perez was cited and released. Cisneros, Esmeralda, 27, was arrested at the US Port of Entry for dosl. Cisneros was cited and released. Report for juvenile problems was taken at 1800 block of Rogers Ave. Vehicle accident report was taken at 2000 block of 11th St. Three vehicle accidents was reported at 10th St and C Ave. Report was taken at the city parking lot on two vehicles for safekeeping.
