Jan. 21


A Douglas man, 38, was charged with three counts of possession/use of prescription drugs, possession/use of marijuana, consuming liquor in public and failure to pay fine.

Jan. 22

An Agua Prieta, MX man, 18, was charged with possession/or use of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale and transportation of marijuana for sale.

Jan. 23

A Douglas man, 49, was charged with possession/use of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale and transportation of marijuana for sale.

A Douglas woman, 30, was charged with disorderly conduct.

A McNeal man, 54, was charged with extreme DUI with BAC .150 - .200, DUI - .10 or more alcohol concentrate and DUI — alcohol/drugs/toxic vapor. He was released.

Jan. 24

A Douglas man, 19, was charged with resisting arrest, underage drinking, assault/domestic violence, disorderly conduct/domestic violence and criminal damage/domestic violence.

Jan. 25

A Douglas woman, 26, was charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession/use of drug paraphernalia and possess/use/produce/sale/transport of marijuana. She was released.
