CCSO Reports Feb. 10 A Douglas man, 50, was charged with possession of narcotic drug for sale, possession/use of drug paraphernalia and transport/sell narcotic. A Douglas man, 19, was charged with DUI. A Cochise woman, 49, was charged with judicial proceeding – disobey mandate. Feb. 11 A Douglas man, 31, was charged with resisting arrest – use/threaten physical force and fighting/disruptive behavior. A Douglas woman, 25, was charged with aggravated assault – deadly weapon and endangerment. A Douglas man, 24, was charged with possession/use of drug paraphernalia, possession/use of marijuana, DUI – alcohol/drugs/toxic vapor and DUI – drugs or metabolite. A Douglas man, 33, was charged with violation of promise to appear and interfering with a judicial proceeding. Feb. 13 A Douglas man, 40, was charged with theft of means of transportation. A Cochise man, 37, was charged with threatening to cause physical injury or property damage, fighting/disruptive behavior and injurious conduct/obstructing passage. Feb. 14 A Douglas man, 25, was charged with prohibited possessor possessing weapon. Feb. 15 A Douglas man, 29, was charged with theft, criminal damage, possession of marijuana for sale, possess/make/manufacture/deliver drug paraphernalia and burglary – nonresidential. An Agua Prieta, Mexico, man, 41, was charged with three counts of transport/sell narcotic drug, possess/sell/manufacture narcotic drugs, possession of marijuana for sale, transportation of marijuana for sale, wire communication for drug transaction, racketeering and intentional child abuse – possible serious injury.
